How to do it

Start with clean skinCleanse your face, apply your skincare and let it sink in. Skip exfoliants and actives where the tape will sit and save them for the nights you don't tape.

Smooth and applyGently stretch the skin with one hand so it's smooth, then place the tape with the other. It needs hardly any stretch, no more than ten percent of the tape's maximum stretch.
-
Rub lightlyThe adhesive is activated by warmth. Run your fingertips lightly over the tape a few times so it settles against your skin.
-
Let the tape workWear it while you wind down, read or sleep. It can be worn for up to about eight hours, and you're welcome to leave it on all night.

Roll it off gentlyLift one corner and roll the tape off slowly and close to the skin rather than pulling straight out. If it's holding on tight, a little warm water or a drop of face oil helps the adhesive let go.

More tape, better results?
Not necessarily, but not entirely wrong either. It depends on why you're taping. Want to support lymphatic flow? Then it's worth learning the lymphatic pathways. Want to let go of forehead tension? Apply enough strips that it becomes hard to raise your eyebrows.

FAQ
How long should I wear the tape?
Whatever works for you! Lots of people wear it while they wind down in the evening, most sleep in it overnight, and some like wearing it for a while at their desk when working from home. You can leave it on for up to about eight hours.
Does it hurt to take the tape off?
Not if you take it slowly and have avoided strong skincare products the evening before. Roll it off close to the skin rather than pulling, and if it's holding on tight, a little warm water or a drop of face oil helps.
Can I use it if my skin is sensitive?
Yes, the adhesive is developed especially for the thin skin on your face, and if yours is extra sensitive, our infused kits are a lovely choice. As with any product there are exceptions and some risk of irritation, so try a small area the first time.
